Texas Ballet Theatre present a brand new, world premiere production of artistic director Tim O'Keefe's interpretation of the timeless work! 

What Is The Story?

Giselle finds herself at the very center of a love triangle between the peasant Loys and local gamekeeper Hilarion, whose jealous rage spurs him on to watch and follow his love rival. When Hilarion reveals Loys's true identity as the young nobleman Albrecht, who is betrothed to another, Giselle, who has a weak heart, launches into a wild dance and dies from exertion and grief. Things take a turn for the supernatural when her spirit joins the Wilis, a clan of ghostly, forest-dwelling spirits of maidens betrayed by their lovers.
