Brittany Howard is known for being the sensational and powerful voice, frontwoman, and guitarist for Alabama Shakes but now is heading solo. The blues-rock band Alabama has only released two albums in their time but has received a whopping four Grammy Awards and been nominated for nine. Don't miss Howard as she embarks on this much-anticipated tour!
2019 saw the release of her solo debut 'Jaime', named for her late sister. Pitchfork labeled the offering as "a thrilling opus that pushes the boundaries of voice, sound, and soul to new extremes." The album has also been described as being "packed with urgent, impassioned pleas to love" and "stories that will make you check your privilege" by NME and a "personal, political soul exploration" by Rolling Stone. With the recent news that Howard has signed to Island Records, here's hoping there's new music coming soon!

Amazing
This show was a great experience. That's the best way to describe it. Brittany doesn't so much sing, but emote music. Her voice is great and rich, but she doesn't merely sing, she tells the story with her voice as well as her words. Its beyond singing, she takes you further. Her music is innovative and soulful, and moves you to dance, and to feel and to think all at once. Her band is also outstanding. Her singers, drummer, guitarists, all players are best at their craft, and together they bring forth a truly awesome sound that makes you feel something. I was moved, comforted and overjoyed by this performance. I think this is what great music is, and this is a great band to experience live. I was so impressed and so happy to see it.
