Slash was a MONSTER

Warm up band hit the stage right at 8pm and played 6 songs til 8:30. They were good--singer has presence--wouldn't be surprised if they have some degree of future success--Joyous Wolf. Slash and Myles came on at 8:50. Played 6 quick songs without break. After short break they were all relaxed and the vibe started getting hot. Until now Slash was keeping in background. Sick--I couldn't even speak--what was there to say except "you are the king". BTW, Myles strapped on an axe for 2 rhythm guitars for the solo. After that the place was in freaking chaos. The last several songs had Slash go batty with solos each of 5 minutes or more. Show ended at 11:15. ... Read more
